Comtronics makes a wide variety of patch cords that interface with most popular transceivers or CB radios. All patch cords include a push-to-talk switch that is ready to Velcro to most any control stick. Most patch cords include a special in line printed circuit board that is loaded with electronic components that boosts power output between the helmet and radio equipment. Most patch cords use heavy-duty coiled wiring that minimizes cockpit tangle. Each patch cord is specially designed to fit external jacks on the radio equipment listed. Just plug into radio, mount push-to-talk switch in a convenient location, and plug helmet cord into female jack provided. Before purchasing a radio or CB, check to see that an appropriate patch cord is available.
