Will the microphone boom on the David Clark DC One-X headset swivel all the way over?
Yes, both pilot and co-pilot configurations are available.

Does the audio mute feature on the David Clark One-X headset give the option to not mute Bluetooth music while receiving radio transmissions?
Yes. By default the headset will mute when radio transmissions are received but, the headset can be configured to not mute music when transmissions are received. The headsets will revert back to the default (mute when transmissions received) when powered off.
