This is the best hood I have used because I spend a lot of time in the hood I developed the ability to cheat with other hoods (able to see shadows, parts of windshield, etc.) When I switched to the Francis hood my transition to actual IMC greatly improved. I live in the North Rockies where ice prevents most actual IMC practice, so this was a big help for myself and my instrument students. Highly recommend this product.

Can the Francis IFR Hood be used comfortably with eye glasses such as bifocals or trifocals?
